I had a wonderful stay where I could easily stroll to the Takoma Park Farmers Market just about 2.5 km away and enjoy the peaceful views at Takoma-Piney Branch Local Park within a short walk, making my weekend explorations so much more delightful rather than traveling far. the room was also clean and cozy, perfect for a solo traveler like myself. But the place did need some minor touch-ups in the bathroom for a more comfortable stay.

Great price but cleanliness needs improvement

I stayed for 3 nights in a Double Room Non-Smoking and appreciated the spaciousness of the room for the price. However, the room had a lingering smell, and the bathroom wasn’t as clean as I would have preferred. Additionally, noise from the adjacent rooms made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The local eats were a delight—anyone who finds the Caribbean Market will be in for a treat! Also, a clean room and friendly staff made my stay enjoyable. Can't forget the great location, close to downtown flavors too!
